Kazim’s journey began in Europe, where he trained with some of the most respected names in the industry, including Vidal Sassoon, Jacques Dessange, Saint Algue, and Haute Coiffure Française. His career has taken him through Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Rome, London, Vienna, and Istanbul, where he worked in hair shows, fashion events, advanced trainings, and professional beauty education.
Over the years, Kazim has also served as a trainer and color educator for leading professional brands including Wella, Schwarzkopf, and L’Oréal. This experience shaped his approach behind the chair: every haircut, color, and style should be customized, balanced, and created with care.
At Tuana Hair Design, Kazim brings European salon artistry to Fort Collins. His work includes precision haircuts, European hair color, highlights, dimensional color, blowouts, styling, and complete makeover transformations. Kazim’s passion for hair goes beyond the salon chair. In 2013, Kazim and his family opened Tuana European Beauty Academy, creating a place where future beauty professionals could learn real salon skills, European techniques, discipline, confidence, and respect for the craft.
As an educator and mentor, Kazim has trained many stylists who have gone on to build successful careers, compete in the beauty industry, and win awards of their own. He believes education should be hands-on, inspiring, and built on both technical skill and heart.

Through the Tuana Fashion Show, Kazim, Tuana Hair Design, and Tuana European Beauty Academy helped raise $10,000 for Realities For Children. It was a proud moment that brought together fashion, beauty, education, and community giving.
