Advanced Salon Training for Licensed Stylists

Tuana European Stylist Training Program is an in-salon advanced education program designed for licensed stylists who want to grow their skills, build confidence, and develop a successful career behind the chair.

This is not a beauty school program. It is professional salon training for stylists who already have their cosmetology license and want to continue learning in a real salon environment.

How the Program Works

Stylists train inside Tuana Hair Design while learning Tuana’s European salon standards, techniques, and client care system. Training includes hands-on education, demonstrations, live models, salon floor experience, consultation training, product knowledge, and guidance from Tuana educators and senior stylists.

The goal is to help stylists become more confident, professional, and prepared to serve clients successfully.

What Stylists Learn

Client Consultation & Salon Professionalism

Stylists learn how to communicate with clients, understand their goals, recommend the right services, and create a professional salon experience.

European Styling & Finishing

Training includes blowouts, styling, finishing techniques, product use, shine, movement, and special occasion styling.

European Haircutting

Stylists learn precision cutting, layering, fringe, texturizing, razor cutting, scissor-over-comb, and customized shape based on face shape, hair texture, and lifestyle.

European Color & Highlights

Training includes European color, highlights, balayage, dimensional color, toning, color consultation, and maintaining hair health.

Advanced Salon Services

Stylists continue building skills in smoothing treatments, hair treatments, hair extensions, blending, maintenance, and client education.
