WHAT ARE TUANA POINTS?
Tuana Hair Design offers Points as a part of our loyalty rewards program. This is a free program and is presented as a courtesy to our clients. There is no obligation on your part to participate in the program.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
We offer the following ways to accumulate points:
- You earn 1 point every time you visit Tuana, based on how much you spend ($1 spent = 1 point)
- Earn 10 points for each service you book online
- Earn 10 points when pre-booking your next appointments at ring-up (in salon)
- Refer a friend, earn 100 points.
HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE?
You can check how many points you have right now! You will find Tuana points listed in the online booking system.If you haven't already signed up for online booking or would like to check your points, click here.
WHAT DO I GET FOR MY POINTS?
Points can be redeemed for a Tuana Gift Certificate, which is valid for any product or service offered at Tuana Hair Design. Below are the redemption levels:
- Redeem 1000 Points for a $25 gift certificate
- Redeem 2000 Points for a $50 gift certificate
- Redeem 3000 Points or more for a $75 gift certificate
- A minimum of 1000 points is required for redemption

*Points cannot be shared or distributed as each client accumulates points separately. Points are accumulated on May, 1 2011 and expire on December 31, 2011. Tuana Hair Design has the right to modify or cancel its points system at any time.
