Policies

APPOINTMENTS 

We cannot guarantee appointments for those who arrive more than 15 minutes late on the day of their scheduled appointment; however, we will do everything possible to accommodate late-comers.

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY 

We require our guests to give us 24 hours notice if they need to move, change, or cancel an appointment for any reason. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee to a credit card or on your account to be paid at the following visit. Charges will apply for no-shows as well.  Please call the salon with any questions regarding our Cancellation/No Show policy.  Thank you for your understanding.

CONFIRMATION CALLS 

As a courtesy, we do our best to confirm each appointment via telephone; however, confirmation calls are not guaranteed. If you do not receive a call the day before your appointment, please call us to confirm your appointment time.

GIFT CARDS 

Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as a thank you to employees and business clients. Our certificates can be used to pay for all salon services and retail products. Gift Certificates are not refundable for cash, only store credit and CANNOT be used for gratuity.

POLICY FOR SERVICES/ADJUSTMENTS  

We ask our guests to contact us within 48 hours of the performed service if they are not satisfied.  We will do what we can to provide you with a happy outcome.

REFUND POLICY: PRODUCTS  

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may bring back the product and the original receipt within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or credit on a gift card to be used at the salon. The product bottle must be at least 75% full for us to issue a refund. We do not give refunds in cash, credit card, or debit.

REFUND POLICY: ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS  

Tuana Hair Design hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all goods returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date, for an exchange or credit on a gift card to be used at the salon. The product bottle must be at least 75% full for us to issue a refund. We do not give refunds in cash, credit card, or debit.

We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify us of any shipping or billing address changes prior to any replacements or exchanges. Otherwise, exchanges will be sent to address on file. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed. Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Tuana as soon as possible, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

SHIPPING 

Your order will ship via USPS priority mail. Shipping charges are based on the weight and destination zip code. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

PROCESSING TIME 

We ship out online orders 2 times a week.  Orders placed between Monday-Wednesday (excluding federal holidays within the United States) will be shipped out on Thursdays and orders placed between Thursday-Sunday (excluding federal holidays within the United States) will ship out on Monday.  if you have any questions about your order or need to make changes, please reply to your confirmation email or call us at 970-472-0522.

REWARDS PROGRAM

Points cannot be shared or distributed as each client accumulates points separately. Points are accumulated on a calendar year basis only and expire at the end of each calendar year.  Tuana has the right to modify or cancel the rewards program at any time.

VISITORS, FAMILY, CHILDREN

Visitors and family are welcome in our reception area. While we welcome children who have appointments of their own into the salon, we do not have the resources necessary to watch children during their parents' appointments in the salon.

*Tuana is not responsible for any soiled garments during any services. Please remove any garments you wish to protect from soiling, and use smocks provided.*
