We know how important your special event is and we’re honored that you’ve chosen us to help make it more beautiful!  To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we ask that you read and sign this Bridal Agreement.

• We cannot guarantee appointments for those who arrive more than 15 minutes late on the day of the event.  And while we do everything possible to accommodate late-comers, a charge for any missed appointment will be applied to your account.
• Our cancellation policy for parties is one week.  Please finalize all appointments and arrangements at least seven days prior to your event day.  You will be charged for any appointments not used.  Thank you for your cooperation.

In return for your understanding of these two points, we promise to do everything possible to make your special event run as smoothly and beautifully as possible.
